Huerta and Reilley win Player of the Week award
The American League Player of the Week award goes to 
<a href=p712.html>Robert Huerta</a>, Seattle's starting 
leftfielder. He hit .533 with 10 RBI and slugged .767 
in 30 at bats. He got at least one hit each game this 
week and is on a 11 game hitting streak right now. 
While compiling an on base percentage of .381, Robert 
hit .315 and slugged .494. He has collected 34 runs 
batted in this year. The National League's best player 
of the week was San Diego's <a href=p798.html>Randy 
Reilley</a>, who wins the award for the 2nd time in 
his career. Randy was on fire, hitting .588 with 3 
HR and 14 RBI. He hit in every game this week and extended 
his hitting streak to 12 games.
